medellinbroker.com is an informational site describing a referral arrangement offered by Andy, trading as Scotheo Networks. By using it you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
The referral terms are an opening position
The terms published on the home page describe what I ordinarily propose to a new broker partner. They are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer, and nothing on this site creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship between us. A referral arrangement takes effect only when both parties confirm it in writing — an exchange of emails is enough — and the confirmed wording governs, not this website.
No brokerage or professional services
I am not a licensed real estate agent, attorney, accountant, or tax adviser in Colombia, the United States, or elsewhere. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice. Brokers and buyers should take their own professional advice, and any purchase should involve an independent estudio de títulos.
Accuracy
I try hard to keep figures current — thresholds indexed to the SMMLV change every January, exchange rates change daily, and regulations change without much warning. Even so, information here is provided as-is and may be out of date by the time you read it. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
Descriptions of the network
Statements about the sites I operate, the number of articles published, and the nature of the audience are accurate as at the last-updated date above. I don't publish traffic or revenue claims here, and you shouldn't infer any. If you want current figures before committing to anything, ask me and I'll show you what I have.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for losses arising from use of this site, from a referral introduction, or from any transaction between a broker and a client I introduced. Brokers remain solely responsible for their own advice, conduct, licensing, disclosures, and compliance with Colombian law in every transaction they handle.

Where this site links elsewhere — including to other sites in the network — I don't control that content and I'm not responsible for it.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and mark on this site belong to Scotheo Networks. Quote a line and link back if it's useful to you; please don't republish pages wholesale.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and the courts of Medellín, Antioquia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site.
